Yes, just hope you do not get the same examiner.

You may use whatever vehicle you wish.

    Boy, aren't you the fool.

Examiners rarely drive the same route anyway. What you attempted to do was worthless to you.

The concern is not the car, it's the stalking. Practice more for skill and confidence. Unless your car has malfunctions, it won't matter that you followed the examiner.

The car and the owner has been flagged. You are a seriously stupid sumbitch. Knowing the route isn't going to help

You shouldn't use the same car on the same day this happened, or within a month or two. After that, there should be no problem.

You're on a public street, someone writing down your plate number is not illegal.

    Thanks for letting us know.

I hope you had a licensed driver in the car.

Also, realize they don't drive the same route every time.

If you aren't really to take your license test yet, don't.

But don't become a stalker law. You should feel really bad for the person who was taking the test when you were doing this. How unnerving it must have been for them.

    (a) What's to say you'll get the same examiner?

    (b) They do not always use the same route on every driving test so you were wasting your time following them.

    (c) If you can't pass without cheating, you're not ready.
