    No. Their whole point is to make life harder for poor women. By requiring them to pay for the fetus to be buried or cremated, they have put abortion out of reach for a lot of women. If they really wanted to prevent abortions, they'd be handing out birth control in churches.

    They're just trying to be sneaky, denying obviously outlandish extremes, only to be "subtle" about equally stupid fuzzy feeling rules. Really. A preggy woman's heart rate goes up 25-50% during pregnancy..try seeing how long a lungless boneless tho *heart filled* embryos heart beats after separated from the woman
