I need help with my sleep pattern, suggestions?

So last week ik kept going to sleep at 7am and waking up at 5pm, last night I had enough and decided not to sleep, I then later fell asleep at 5pm and woke up at midnight. It is now 7am. Should I stay awake till this evening or sleep, and when will I wake up when I do.

    Start having naps to break up the sleep times.go to bed around 7pm.If you wake up during the night do something constructive until you feel tired.You also could be stressing out about things and repressing it.Maybe a reason for not sleeping.Try meditation and taking deep breaths, relaxing a couple of ours before 7pm.Reduce stimuli, extreme exposure of any kind.the nerves needs break and you need recharging.
