Breathe through your mouth until you can buy some nose spray. I sometimes hang my head over a pot of steaming water. Just be careful you don't knock the pot over onto yourself.

    You could try using Vicks

If you have good insurance, they can stick a needle up your nose and burn the stuffy part right off. I had it done about ten years ago. I can't even get a stuffy nose anymore ...no matter how sick I am.

I boil up the kettle. Empty the content with a karvol capsule, into a bowl.

Get a towel and put it over my head, and breathe in as much hot steam as I can.

(add some cold water to the bowl too, but very slowly)

    That always clears my sinuses

Something else too.. It causes you to bring loads of phlegm, but that is normal.. its better out than in!

Good question! This happens to me with 1 nostril when i dont put the humidifier on and it is torture. I always wondered how people completely stuffed up in 2 nostrils handle it. IMO use a humidifier ;)
