Why are Democrats against asking about citizenship on the census Isn’t it beneficial to know how many Jon citizens we have living here?

    Because they know that illegal immigrant DO VOTE and that they vote 100% for Democrats.

    The census is used to allocate financial resources, which are used for citizens and non-citizens alike. Asking whether people are a citizen discourages non-citizens from reporting out of fear of prosecution. This would lead to areas of the country not receiving enough funds to deal with everyone living there.

      We pay a LOT more money to protect the fortunes of the wealthy elite. They are much bigger moochers on public welfare than illegal immigrants.
