Can a O pos father and a A pos mother produce a healthy child?

Of course they can. Why would you think not? (Given that these are the two MOST common blood types, if healthy children were not possible from this pairing, the population would be far smaller than it is today.)
The only way blood group can affect pregnancy or the health of the fetus OR mother is if the mother is Rh negative and the fetus (which would also mean the father) is Rh positive. Problems rarely occur until the second or later pregnancies -- and can be easily prevented and/or treated.

7 months is longer than 'average' to be trying, but not outside the norm or an indication that anything is wrong. And it certainly has nothing to do with blood types.
