What is the best Powerlifting program workout?
Please don't ignore this question. I need help trying to find the most efficient way to build strength.

powerlifting and strength training are 2 separate training programs.
You need to figure out what you really want.
Also bodybuilding and weightlifting are also completely different types of lifting. They all are similar in a way, but completely different for reasons and results.

Starting strength, stronglifts and fierce 5 are some good beginner routines.
