Does it matter what the screen size of your device is to get high defination video or picture?

    nope. as long as it has at least 720 pixels vertically (short side) and is widescreen it is considered HD.

    No. HD comes as a result of screen resolution, though having a smaller display depending on your tastes would not be ideal to watch HD content.

    Think about it. Apple and Samsung (just to name 2 companies) produce mobile phones that allow HD content to be seen. And those phones are much smaller than an iPad, laptop, or desktop monitor.

      HD is not determined by the physical size of the screen but by the amount of pixels that can be displayed on the screen across the width and height of the screen.
