If you’re trying to add more protein into your diet they’re an easy and tasty way of doing this. If you’re hitting the gym and trying to bulk add one or two into your daily routine to get more protein in you and aid recovery/results. I’d personally recommend one as part of a post workout meal and one in the late evening time.
