    I guess keep well hydrated by drinking plenty of water to flush the toxins. Try refrain from consuming sugary and greasy foods. Eat salads with greens, steamed veggies with fish, lean poultry and beef. If you're near the ocean, go swimming, the salt water helps with acne. Try and keep cool.
