With replacement radiators being so inexpensive- just replace it!
If that is beyond your pocket book, go to TJ to get it fixed (or stolen).
If you are in the Navy, try going to the "hobby shop" where sailors in the USN fix and work on their cars.

second the motion. n w these newer rads w plastic end caps, depending on where the leak is, cant be fixed.
