What foods contain vitamin b12?

I’ve been diagnosed with vitamin D deficiency and borderline vitamin B12. The usually vitamin D amount is 50 but I have 25 and borderline means not too good but not too bad. My doctor said the vitamin D will be gone in a year completely and to book another blood test for vitamin b12 in three months. If the vitamin b12 does not improve, I’ll need injections
