    part 1 ... Temp is a measure of the ave KE (DIRECTLY RELATED TO SPEED) of the molecules .. If temp is constant than the Ave KE remains the same and the molecular speed remains the same.

    part 2 ... Force is a measure of pressure (or VV) ... Vol increases but amount of gas and temp remain constant so pressure (force) will decrease.
