Women ARE visual when it comes to the male body. For some reason, there is a myth that women are not attracted to a man's looks or turned on by his aesthetic characteristics...but that IS a myth. The majority of people I've seen propagating that theory are MGTOWs and self-identified incels.
Yes, most women need stimulation in bed from a (preferably) skilled partner but that doesn't mean that a woman is not turned on by his looks. In fact, to become lubricated and be able to be sexual with the man, a woman needs to be aroused by his physicality, However, most women still need physical stimulation as well as visual to experience pleasure (as do most men.)
Also, it's not true that men don't get complimented on their looks. Tons of guys DO receive compliments from women. And yes, there are pictures of male celebrities, half naked, in magazines just like there are revealing pictures of women. Lots of women also watch p0rn too, either alone or with a partner and enjoy the visual stimulation that provides. Also, if women are not turned on by good looks, then why do the most handsome men get cast as the leading roles in movies or on television shows?
Almost every heterosexual woman I know sometimes talks about "hot guys" and if they were not visual then the "hotness" factor would be irrelevant. Sure, some women only care about money or status when it comes to finding a partner, but that doesn't mean they also don't notice an attractive male.
So yes, women are visual. I think that many are better at concealing it than men are because for a long time it wasn't socially acceptable for a woman to admit she was aroused by a man's body and looks but that taboo has been broken.
