Do brothers that look alike but are 9 years apart of age share the same genes?

Not the exact same genes but their DNA would reveal the sibling relationship.

If they share the same parents, then yes.
Though the mix of genes may come out a little differently in each though. It's like throwing a stack of playing cards into the air and you can, say, pick up only half at random. Do it again for a sibling and you'll probably have chosen some of the same cards and some different ones. DNA testing would always show them as obviously being close family, but their individual genetics will not be 100% identical since they are not identical twins.
Even if they got much of the same genes, various genetics may favor one more than the other. Which is why when people do the DNA tests their percentages from different parts of their heritage are unlikely to come out exactly the same. It will probably be similar, but one being, for example, 30% Irish/Scottish while the other got 25% would not be uncommon. It just depends on how much of it ended up in each of the chromosomes for each sibling. (Which is probably why my own sister is a bit more fairer skinned and reflecting the British Isles a little more than I do.)

All biological brothers share some of the same genes, no matter how they look.

Brothers with the same parents share about half their genes regardless of whether they look alike or not. Its just chance how much they look alike but its still about 50% of their genes.
