Charlie horse in my left butt cheek?

It’s been there for a week. It doesn’t feel like a muscle pull, just a deep cramp. How can I get it to feel better? It’s gett harder to exercise

    You need either an Osteopath or Physio. There is a big muscle there which has gone into spasm, I have had it. A deep massage releived the tension.
