Teeth shifted after braces removed, still in warranty period, does warranty cover re-treatment?

I've had my braces removed four years ago, and they are still under a five-year 'warranty' period. The braces corrected my overbite and straightened my teeth, but gradually my overbite has returned and my bottom front teeth are now crooked, even with wearing retainers.

Does the warranty only cover the retainer if it breaks, or could something be done about my teeth again?

I'd be heading back to your orthodontist and asking wtf. Braces work by slowly moving the position of your teeth in your jaw bone. If you were not compliant with regards to wearing the retainer it's very possible your teeth could be shifting back.
