Can I still gamble in Atlantic City New Jersey if I'm banned in Pennsylvania casinos?

Maybe. While the states do not often communicate with each other, the casinos do, especially if they are from the same chain. For example, if you self-banned from Pennsylvania, and Pennsylvania has a Harrah's-owned casino, you'll get banned from all Harrah's casinos nationwide.

...unless NJ became part of Pennsylvania last night, yeah

But these casinos are operated are by some of the same holders like ceasers, which by banning me in PA would be banning me in all of there properties regardless of which state it is in. I just wanted to confirm this.

No, because you aren't intelligent enough to differentiate between states.
