If you only work out 5 of the 7 days in the week can you still lose weight?

    Healthy eating is a key too.

    Exercise is great for toning and strengthening but it doesn't have a lot to do with weight loss. What we are eating is the primary source of weight loss or weight gain

    Yeah. 30 to 45 minutes of moderate to high intensity cardio is enough to help you lose weight over time as long as you're not eating or drinking too many calories. 5 days a week is good bc u can take a few rest days and everyone needs those sometimes. Hope this helps and good luck.

      It’s a good answer. Just don’t eat too less calories and make sure to eat healthy.

    You can lose weight with no exercise at all so yeah.

    I'm not saying don't exercise at all because it does help and its good for you. I'm just saying its not necessary for weight loss.

    Sure. Weight loss is 80% diet. Millions of people lose weight doing little or no exercise at all by following a diet. Getting daily exercise has a lot of benefits but it isn't what you should rely on for weight loss.

    Sure, if you don't totally veg out those other 2 day, and you don't go on an eating binge.

    Yes as long as you burn more calories than you take in.
