Will running help me get rid of my huge butt?
I m not fat but my butt is big and I hate it. Can running help me with that? I ve noticed that a lot of runners have small butts so I was thinking it might help. Or what can I do to get rid of it?

It can. I have a "naturally" big butt and am a runner. (Long distance/endurance, not sprints.) As soon as I don't run for two or three days, my butt gets bigger. I don't gain weight anywhere, it just all shifts to my butt.

Running builds muscle. You might have to run and go on a strict diet.

The only healthy way for body parts to shrink is by lowering body fat percentage. Exercises helps, but it happens mostly by following a strict diet.
An unhealthy alternative would be starving yourself to the point that muscles start to break down.
