Is it okay to leave a job after a year ?

I have worked at a very big company, but i do not enjoy my work and the work hours sometimes extends to 12hrs a day. Also there is whole lot of office politics , way too much which i am not good at. I am a designer and I have done my masters in Fashion already, but I have gotten through UAL in London , which is very prestigious. I am an overthinker and I hope i am not making a mistake but i am very excited to learn about textiles (previously I had done Fashion design). Its a different stream but very much related to my work. I would really appreciate some advice, I cant turn back my resignation now, this is anxiety so please help me out.

You can put in your resignation at any time. Give a two weeks notice.

Best that you find a job before quitting the job you have.

If you are leaving to pursue further studies, then put that in your resignation letter.

If you have a new job, it is fine to leave your old job . Never be unemployed .
