These aren't just names starting with S:

Sasha to me sounds feminine, but Russian men use it. It's supposed to be pet form of Alexander and Alexandra, according to the web. And according to another site: Sasha is never given as a person’s full, official name (I suppose it's talking about when it's used as a pet name in Russia).

Misha - also Russian, though it sounds like a feminine name to me, males mostly use it there. It's a form of Michael, to them. Though they do have the name Mikhail. Misha in Hebrew is, Mi (who) Shua (salvation)-- which is similar to Mikha-El (who is like - God?)

Nikita - used on males and females. Sounds feminine to me.

Sage has been used for both boys and girls, but I prefer it on boys.

Sorrel - an herb (like Sage) can be used males and females I suppose. It's certainly uncommon.

Schuyler has been used for males and females, but I prefer Skyla for a girl... though the name sounds a bit too fantasy for my taste. Though the way Australians say Schuyler sounds like Skyla to me.

Lyosha is a diminutive of Aleksey, itself a Russian form of Alexis. Alexis was originally a name given to men in ancient Greece. Today this Greek name is a popular name given to more girls than boys.

Peyton has been used for both, that I prefer it on boys. I don't hate in on girls though.
