Does Jazz comes from the Italian music and the word pizazz? This Paganini and Debussy sound close. Liszt too.?
And Vivaldi and Chopin.

Neither word is Italian. And you've got their dates of usage reversed.
So, no. At all.

Jazz had had many contributions and influences in its long history. To ask for a one - sentence summation is foolish. And you will find jazz players that often give a wink to classical works by including a short quote in their improv. Chucho Valdez was known for doing that often - but it is hardly a rule. And the are so very many styles and sub genres in jazz, that your question did not lend itself to a pat answer.
