You are okay to day, but in a few decades you will develop diabetes from your diet choices.
And either you will have to start eating those foods you hate, or you will have to have your feet amputated and go blind.
While we all like food and there is nothing wrong with that, remember that the PURPOSE of food is to create and sustain good health. Not to indulge ourselves in what we like.
And what we DO like is a matter of habit. I used to HATE all sorts of food, but by eating them and telling myself they are good for me, I have learned to not only stand them, but to actually LIKE them and ENJOY eating those previously-hated foods.
Because I now have diabetes and don't want to lose my feet nor go blind.
Btw, I ate mostly meat most of my life .. meat and starches and junk food. And now I have occult blood in my stool, and have to go for a colonoscopy next week .. I might have bowel cancer.
