This would provide students with a token that enables them to be paid with something that could be then traded on a cryptocurrency exchange for real (fiat) money to pay college tuition.

In order to prevent the use of computer based mining could a captcha or some way to prevent cheating be used to keep mining of this cryptocurrency limited to students?

How possible is this and would it possibly work?
