It depends on the reason why I'd put the condom on somebody. If it was to protect us both from disease, it could be said to be a kind act, if it is a loving one though that's a whole other story. To me loving someone means caring for this person's well being simply because you wish to see her well, so it doesn't imply any gain on your end. Since many people nowadays put condoms on just to use the other's body as entertainment, I'd say the wearing of condom usually isn't a loving act, even if it involves the desire to avoid disease. If the wearing of the condom occurred only to avoid disease though, I'd say it was a loving act as the reason behind is only positive.
