This question has been asked a hundred times in the last couple of weeks since the 'captcha' was introduced. Why not look at FAQ before posting yet ANOTHER identical question?

There is no quiz. There is a captcha that many users have to get through, to prove they are not an automated bot, in order to post a question or answer (I hadn't seen anyone complain about the captchas affecting comments, since comments don't get points and really don't matter).
