Can we look forward to a more disciplined, hard to beat Scotland team under Steve Clarke?

Scotland are never hard to beat and that won't be changing soon. They don't have a high enough calibre of players to achieve success.

Scotland never set the world alight when they had half the players of teams like Man Utd and Liverpool. Now they either play at Celtic who can win the SPL without breaking sweat, (hardly conditions players for international football) or mostly relegation candidate English PL teams, so its hardly a suprise they can't beat Kazakstan.

I think they will be a bit better defensively but they offer nothing in attack. They don’t have an out and out striker that can score goals.

Steve Clarke is a good manager, but I don't think he can work miracles.
