Yes Its possible as someone said The 22 yo bball player who coked up, Consider "other Heart problems which would be more realistic... Read the story today of a 16 yo from the UK he's played football with his team (he was 14 then) after school was feeling a little funny after practice, so he went to his Mum's office she works in a doctors... and she listened to his heart with her Brand new stethescope and heard a murmur ( just an off sound) that he never had before, so They did some tests Xray Echo Cardiograhm and found he had "coartion of his Aorta Which it the biggest Artery that all the blood has to go through to get out to the body .... he was only 14 then 16 now they did a cath up his femoral artery and opened a "stent" so basicly he had when they would do if you had a heart attack these days

Yes. High stress, poor diet, & low activity can all contribute to a heart attack at an early age.

A heart attack can happen to anyone. To protect your heart, make exercise a regular habit. Vigorous walking, if practiced from youth on, would in itself drastically reduce the disability and early deaths due to coronary heart disease.

Generally heart attacks at that age are due to very specific issues (not the typical plaque build up) such as cardiac anomalies, genetic issues, and things like cocaine use which causes coronary artery spasms (transient closures). Sudden death is usually an anomaly and is not a classic heart attack.
