Why did O.J Simpson get away with murder?

    Because the JURY found him not guilty.. IF he had been in Texas or any great southern state he would be hanging from a tree..

    MONEY!!

    My twin brother is an attorney, and he said that Simpson had so much evidence against him being innocent it was a joke. Anyone else would have been convicted of murder!!

    The standard for finding guilt in a criminal case is "guilty beyond a shadow of a doubt". The defense team raised enough issues to convince at least one juror that OJ might not have committed the crime and the verdict must be unanimous, not a simple majority.
