To join any group at all there are always entry requirements which are the necessary conditions of membership. Do you agree or not?

By definition, those who have failed to satisfy the entry requirements cannot be allowed to join the group.

In the case of the U.S., those who can't satisfy the requirement must be allowed to enter. The farms in the U.S. cannot function with only workers that meet the entry requirements. They need illegal workers.

Clearly you have to be acceptable to whoever determines membership. Even if it is based entirely on that person liking you, it is still a requirement.
