26.8g NaCl x (1 mol NaCl / 58.45g NaCl) x (1L / 0.250 mol NaCl) = 1.83L

NaCl is 58.44 g/mol
26.8 g / 58.44 g/mol = 0.4586 mol
0.4586 mol / 0.25 mol/L = 1.83 L
