Why doesn't you tube support 120 hz?

Videos don't have hertz. They have frames. There are very few cameras that support 120 FPS recording, so that framerate would only be used for recordings of video games. Most people cannot even distinguish anything higher than 60 FPS, so they'd basically be doubling space usage per video just to satisfy somebody's ricer recording settings.
