Get your phone and earbuds, go to youtube, get comfortable and listen to a guided meditation for anxiety

Meditation, listening to uplifting praise & worship music, talking to loved ones who will build me up, jogging etc.
You may also try some practical steps by looking for things to do to keep your mind off your negative feelings. Maybe you could pursue an activity, sport, or hobby that you enjoy and that makes you feel good. Physical exercise has the added benefit of helping to relieve negative emotions naturally, too.
