Is it ok to drink pink salt water mixed with baking soda in 1 liter or water?

    Of course the dose of each is important. But those ingredients are what is used in club soda that you buy in the store and are safe. If you are concerned about the sodium, look at the label of club soda to determine what the dose of sodium is. I drink it all the time as a substitute for sparkling mineral water since it is less expensive. They add those ingredients to seltzer for flavor, changing it to club soda instead of plain carbonated water.

    That might be too much salt overall, even if diluted in a liter. Figure out how much sodium you're getting (pink salt plus sodium bicarbonate) and compare that with your recommended intake.
