Then the pup needs to always be on leash if you don’t expect him to pee anywhere but “X” marks the spot. Instead of being grateful that the pups housebroken your complaining he’s peeing places you don’t want him to. Did you make @ potty area for him to empty in, or do you expect him to guess where it is? Have you always taken him to that spot from day one and never corrected him anywhere else in the yard and just now he started peeing everywhere? Would you rather he stops peeing outside and just goes where ever?
We have a potty pit, there’s a small fenced area that I introduce all my new dogs to. It’s poop picked twice a day, watered down daily and lined weekly to keep the smell down, bugs away. If a dog had an accident and cannot hold it, no big deal, it’s better than walking in it and sleeping on where they went inside the house or having the inside smell like a urinal.
You can make a potty area for your pup, but you have to leash him, take him out every single time, and reinforce the command for going there, however since you didn’t start with house breaking that way he may get confused and start having house accidents again.
