I stopped drinking alcohol 2 months after I turned legal drinking age .. back in 1972.
I stopped smoking marijuana when my husband and I decided to start a family, back in 1980.
I stopped smoking cigarettes, just "because", back in 2006.
My diet is vegetables, fruit, low-fat dairy, nuts, meat, legumes. Almost NOTHING else .. the odd piece of birthday cakes on birthdays. A bit of gravy on the turkey at thanksgiving.
And I am such a good cook that I love the food I prepare.
For instance, lunch today is going to be whole wheat toast, with avocado home-made salsa, topped with a friend egg. And a glass of skim milk.
