Can information escape black hole with the help of Hawking radiation?

The nature of information and memory is such that it does not escape with any radiation or physical energy.
The universe may expand and changes in background radiation may occur, but information, memory, and basic laws in physics do not alter.

That is a big question that physicists disagree about. Hawking radiation is a quantum phenomenon, so it must be completely random and contain no information. But quantum mechanics also says information can never be lost. There is no other way for info to get out of a black hole. Therefore, something is going on that we don't understand. A new theory or discovery is imminent. This is what make science so exciting!

That radiation able to escape a black hole is the total sum of information. Hawking radiation helps nothing.

After Hawking radiation was proposed, there was conjecture that *it* could be construed as the information that had been consumed by the black hole - so, the information conservation was preserved.
