Of the many participants in the “ Judicial Process”, who in your opinion is the most important, and why do you think so?

    The attorneys, who do a great deal of work and have to prove either guilt or innocence

    The perps. Those guys drive the whole thing. Without the criminal element, lawyers/police wouldn't get paid and the insurance industry would collapse.

    The judge, they get to decide how long a SOB goes away for when they are found guilty
