Roman numerals for 501 are DI. VOI is someone shouting OH in Finnish.

Was it coincidence - back when Mitsubish cars were establishing a foothold in the US, that they called their nothing down, no interest, no payments for 6 months . . . "ZERO ZERO ZERO" and they introduced the tv commercials on December 7th ?????

Likewise these jeans . . . . where are they made?

Levi Strauss make nearly all of its jeans OUTside the US, but they have a single line of "Made in the USA" 501's that are made in Greensboro, North Carolina.

No it doesn't, not least because the Romans did not have a zero. Also D was 500 in Roman numerals. So DI was 501 in Roman numerals. Otherwise bang on.

Excactly. O - is just a Roman letter, not a Roman numeral. The Romans did not have a concept of zero (not as a number).
