Depends where you are living in this whole wide world - many areas are receiving more rain due to 'Climate Change' and many other parts of this earth are being strarved of water and hence food too and excessive heat as witnessed this summer in Europe!!!

As more and more droplets join together they become too heavy and fall from the cloud as rain. Warm air can hold more moisture than cool air, so when the warmer air is cooled and the moisture condenses, it often rains more heavily.

Typically that happens when moist air cools and forms water droplets which fall from the sky. We live on a planet that is covered mostly by water. Rain is usually a good thing.
