Semitic DNA is the DNA of the people of the Middle East, Arabia, Fertile Crescent area from and after 10,000BC. We can't much go back further than 10,000BC because of the last big ice age that didn't melt till then.

But can be assumed that prior to and during the ice age Semitic people mixed with the prior humans of the area+ those of North Africa, Turkey, Persia, Balkan Europe, S. Russia.

All us current humans started out of Africa c.90,000BC and had to go through the Mideast to get to anywhere else.
