Can a rash that comes and goes and breast/underarm pain and itching be a sign of breast cancer ?

    More likely allergies or fungus

    Not breast cancer.

Possibly irritation from friction and/or sweat and/or a bra made from fabric that doesn't breathe. (Cotton bras may not always be sexy, but they are much more comfortable.)

Never say never but I'd be leaning to heat first.

No. Why do so many children keep posting "diagnose me" questions over and over? Are people really that stupid that they think asking strangers with no medical degree will get them an accurate answer?

No, its a sign that something is causing a rash, that is all. Could be allergic, friction, yeast, hives, etc etc

Ok -- fair enough. You COULD have breast cancer. But a rash is not a sign of it. And if you are under 45, the statistical odds of having it are very low and under 35 the odds are close to nil. (And if you are over 50, you are getting regular mammograms, which should find any problems early.)

I don't think a heat rash is that painful. Also, I live in England. We don't get much heat here lol.
