I know you are americans. I am talking about your european Heritage (or others). and what generation of americans?

3rd generation, part Swedish, part Welsh/Gaelic, and a smattering of other things.

Due to slavery, I am unable to truly trace my origins. I was born in America. My ethnicity is Black.

I'm full blooded Irish. Technically my kids are the first American generation, since my parents, grandparents etc and I were born in Ireland. However, my parents lived in the US before I was born and had moved back to Ireland before my birth. Then we moved back to the US when I was a kid.
