Do you rinse your mouth with water after using mouthwash or not?

    Not necessary. However with a strong mouthwash like Listerine that burned a lot, I found the need to rinse my mouth with later.... Breath still remained fresh.

    No, let the ingredients in the mouthwash sink into your teeth and help make them stronger

    No, it's pointless you are then rinsing out the mouthwash.

    I do if the mouthwash is a bit too strong and sometimes water after usage helps with the aftertaste. Only slightly though.
