    Hello asker! I see that you have already awarded Best Answer.

    Good, no need for you to think that I care about points or whatever.

    I just thought that I'd tell you the actual correct answer: quit sugar and other sources of fructose, first. See where that gets you.

    Quit regular alcohol,, trans fats and corn-fed animal products, too, as much as possible.

    In a few weeks, you'll see what I'm getting at.

    You don't seem like you need to lose weight to be honest. But if you're determined to do so I'd suggest regular exercise and keep active as much as you can. Eat junk food only sometimes or completely cut it out of your diet (if you want) Also cut down your calorie intake. Get a balanced diet too.

    You put yourself on a strict diet

    You eat a bowl of cereal for breakfast, then for lunch you have one sandwich with no sides, and for dinner you have a piece of Baked chicken, and some broccoli, and then you add a nice run, to the end of that.

    You should be hungry after each meal.
