Good, no need for you to think that I care about points or whatever.
I just thought that I'd tell you the actual correct answer: quit sugar and other sources of fructose, first. See where that gets you.
Quit regular alcohol,, trans fats and corn-fed animal products, too, as much as possible.
In a few weeks, you'll see what I'm getting at.
