Will the Supreme Court tell Speaker Pelosi that she cannot impeach Trump?
Or will Bill Barr?
I think it will be Senator Shill McTreason
But in tweets on Wednesday morning, Trump argued that he would âfirst head to the U.S. Supreme Courtâ to stop an impeachment drive.

She knows that, but keeps talking about it because she knows that the democrat base does not know it. The democrat base believes that it can change any law, etc. as it chooses, whenever it choses, for whatever reason it choses. And, there is always the possibility that she can stir another extremist, like the democrats have already done.

That's not how it works.
Articles of impeachment are the set of charges drafted against a public official to initiate the impeachment process. The articles of impeachment do not result in the removal of the official, but instead require the enacting body to take further action, such as bringing the articles to a vote before the full body.

The Supreme Court cannot interfere in the operations of Congress. If Trump is impeached, he could then ask the Supreme Court to overturn it, but he would have to prove irregularities in the process.
He would be laughed at if he did that
