"The biggest change that I've experienced must have been when we moved to Canada." Is "must have been" correct in this sentence?

    the form is the correct one for the context, if that is your question. I don't know if the statement is factually correct.

    Yes, but it could be simpler with "was".

    There's no reason not to say "must be."
