Should children with Autism be allowed to identify as the opposite sex?

If you're asking if a person with Autism could also have gender dysphoria, then the answer is yes. One has nothing to do with the other.
If you're asking if they should be allowed to transition at the same age as other children, I'd say it would depend on the individual. The parents should speak with a psychologist who specializes in transgender therapy.
