You are not getting the visa. You fail to meet requirements, failed to prove your purpose & duration of stay, and are not admissible.
Employment? Only qualified employers can apply for temporary employment visas for their qualified foreign employees. You cannot apply. Furthermore, EU rules: jobs go first to citizens of the country, then citizens of any other EU-member country. Your occupation must be in short supply throughout all of the EU to have any chance of a job in EU (& some other non-EU-member) countries. And you typically must be fluent in the country's language. What degrees do you hold in which field from which universities where? What post-master's (preferably doctorate) experience do you have doing what, exactly, how well & how long for whom where? Is this occupation in short supply & eligible for temporary employment visa? And can you compete with a hundred or more (even 1000 or more!) applicants from around the world for a job with a qualified employer to actually get hired?
KL consulate? You're Malaysian citizen? Malaysia has such good job opportunities that tens upon tens of thousands of foreigners try to get jobs there. If you cannot get a really decent job in Malaysia, chances are that you have no qualifications to work elsewhere.
